We have an exciting new Sales opportunity to join our Equity Release Sales team. Working with a panel of Independent Financial Adviser firms (IFA’s), you’ll develop business growth and generate profitable revenue for your panel. You'll be working in partnership with our field-based Business Development Managers to acquire and maintain business for LV=.
Being an LV= brand ambassador, you’ll promote LV=’s equity release proposition and influence your panel, ensuring great customer outcomes are provided and continuing to build on our strong position within the IFA marketplace. You’ll be working to agreed quality sales targets/KPI’s. You’ll also need to keep on top of market developments, provide accurate management information to help shape and influence our future business plan, and ensure all activities are compliant within regulatory guidelines.
Our Equity Release team work out of our Hitchin Office, however there could be an opportunity to work fully remotely.
About You
• Possess a good level of Equity Release product knowledge or have experience in a regulated Financial Services Sales role.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including presenting via phone and video conferencing.
• Accurately apply technical knowledge to adviser/client scenarios.
• A good empathetic listener.
• A high level of self-motivation, organisation, and able to prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working to sales targets, with a strong moral sales approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CeRER qualified or willing to work towards this.
• Understanding of financial drivers and metrics, and how your individual, account and team goals relate to them.
