We’re recruiting for a highly organised individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital Content Operations Executive.
This role is instrumental in ensuring our content processes run smoothly. Based at the heart of our Digital Experience team, this role combines workflow and operations support with governance and audit responsibilities.
Working closely with the Senior Digital Experience & Content Manager, you’ll work on task pipelines, coordinate publishing timelines, support regular audits, and help embed best practice across content workflows, accessibility, and CMS usage.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day task flow and business as usual updates for the content team.
- Triaging incoming work requests with content executives and UX teams to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
- Supporting the coordination of sprint planning and backlog to ensure these are aligned to the business requirements.
- Carrying out regular content audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Adhering to brand accessibility and tone of voice frameworks.
- Helping to maintain the digital content inventory and support deprecation strategies.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of delivery are maintained.
- Supporting with bulk content uploads or large-scale system changes
- Troubleshooting issues and liaising with technical teams when required
- Managing documentation, standards, and user guides.
- Working to achieve continuous improvement within your own work and the work of the wider team.
- Refining our publishing processes, workflows, and governance structures.
- Identifying any inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to digital delivery practices
- Helping to onboard new team members and provide support with training across content systems.
About You
Our ideal candidate will…
- Have strong experience in digital content operations, CMS support, and/or project coordination.
- Possess strong organisational skills and be familiar with some workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Understand how to manage CMS tasks and content governance processes.
- Have a strong understanding of accessibility, metadata, and tagging best practice.
- Be collaborative and able to work across content, user experience, product, and tech teams.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and competently be able to present and lead digital projects.
- Understand digital legislation and best practice including cookie policies, accessibility and SEO.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and achieve quality outcomes, challenging the business where appropriate.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and resource planning capabilities.
